Friday Morning Races: The Fastest Cars are BMW and “Porsche”
In the Friday trainings of “Aurum 1006 km Races”, participants had an opportunity to get used to the cars and track. A lot of the teams enhanced their lap times and results.
In the training races, BMW and “Porsche” crushed other teams. The best timing in the training showcased “Skuba Racing Team” with “BMW M3 V8” with 1 min. 12, 881 sec.
Not by a lot lagged the “Circle K milesPLUS Racing Team” and then followed “Palanga Spa Hotel by EMG Motorsport”, both of them drove the “Porsche 911 GT3 Cup”.
TCR cars fought fair and square, thus the competition is getting more interested as 7 of TCR models will compete in it. In the “Aurum” races, you will be able to see such cars as “Cupra”, “Hyundai i30 N”, “SEAT Leon” and “Volkswagen Golf GTI”.
On Friday, the best result among TCR cars was achieved by “Hegelmann Transporte By Algirdai @Nebankrutuok.lt”.
Deividas Jocius claims that they did not have a chance to show the best result yet. His team believe that by improving some details, they could reach the highest places.
In the A3000+ League, the fastest were the Dutch, representing the “Indepencende By JR Motorsport” team. In the X1 League, no one could compare to the “Gera Dovana – Emex Logistics” team who made to finish line in 1 min. 18, 652 sec whilst “Autoverslas – ROLFO Ego Racing Team” finished at 1 min. 22,222 sec. The 3rd place took the “Flash Racing Latvia”.
