The first 1000km race in Palanga was held in 2000. As the representatives of “Promo events“ state, they have never imagined that 18 years later they will all gather and still plan this event - more popular than ever.
This race is mesmerizing not only for the drivers, coaches but also for the thousands of spectators. It became a tradition in the mid-summer to gather drivers from Lithuania and foreign countries. They not only compete but show the newest, quickest and the most modern technologies.
Over the years, drivers gained more skills, concentration and even for the most skillful drivers from foreign countries, it is becoming more and more difficult in Palanga. Winning there became a prestigious title.
