The racers do enjoy the two-stage series
So far the race of „1000km Pärnu powered by Hankook“, which will take place on 21-23 of September in „auto24ring“ race track in Pärnu (Estonia) consists of 18 teams, still it is expected to be even more.
At the weekend, one more Lithuanian team „Greičio akademija“ filled the application. The team consists of Rimvydas Savickas (38 years old), a year older Rokas Kvedaras and 54 years old Rolandas Salys, who all will compete with a BMW 330 in A3000 class.
They are glad that they familiar with the race track, as each year they train and test in „auto24ring“. Another team „Orion Racing Team“ is also going to compete in Pärnu with Martynas Samuitis, Rytis Garbaravičius and Marijus Mazuch alongside. They do hope to fix the situation after the race in Palanga, as points will be counted of both races – from Palanga and Pärnu. The winners of 1000km Cup will be announced and honoured in Vilnius, in October.
