25th anniversary of the "Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook" race

The "Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook" is the biggest race festival in the Baltic States, and it has been held in Palanga since the 2000s without any interruptions. In 2024, the festival will celebrate its 25th anniversary, and the event organisers have announced that the festival will take place on the 17-20 of July, traditionally in Palanga.

Darius Jonušis, the main organiser of the event and the director of VšĮ "Promo Events", expressed his appreciation for the success: "I couldn't even imagine that a quarter of a century has already passed since the first race, but I am glad that the format of the event and the competition itself worked out." He says that the early approval of the competition schedule allows not only domestic but also foreign athletes to plan their participation in advance.

He invited everyone to put the mark on their calendars for July 17-20, 2024, for the festival's 25th-anniversary celebration in Palanga, where one of the most exciting temporary tracks available for the race only one time a year on two closed motorways. Don't miss out on the chance to witness this thrilling event in the biggest resort of the Lithuania."
