"Seni kibirai" raced too

After the intriguing “Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook” Qualifying Race, which determined who would have the honour of starting from the first position on Saturday, Friday's busy schedule was crowned by another very attractive event for the spectators - the "DeCuba" Historic Car Association's "Seni kibirai" race.

Those who didn't see these cars will have an opportunity on Saturday when the Historic Car Association's "Seni kibirai" parade "DeCuba" in Palanga will take place at 12.30 p.m. and at 4.30 p.m. The participants of the race and the parade will be distributing the prizes.

But who will compete for them?

First, we have Nerijus Jurgaitis, who brought back the red "SAAB 96", a 100% original, restored in Lithuania, which has caught the eye of many.

"Citroen 2CV Club 1985". Yellow, registration number H00606. The chassis is unique. Anyone can deconstruct the car within 5 minutes and assemble it with two keys.

Mr Bean's Rover Mini - an absolute timeless classic.

We will also see a French-made "Peugeot 203C", built in 1959, with a 1.3-litre engine producing a ridiculously low 33 kW of power today. Fully restored in 2019, it's on the roads of Lithuania, delighting those who see it.

And here's a "Ford Sierra" that was quite popular in Lithuania not so long ago, with Mindaugas Patlaba behind the wheel. Since the first owner smashed the front end on the highway, and thanks to professional mechanics, since 1996, the Ford Sierra has been on the roads of Lithuania. And to this day, it has never changed hands.

Augustinas Jankevičius' black 1930 “Ford Model A”. This car has been delighting everyone at various events and exhibitions for ten years.
