The winner competes for the title with a different team

The biggest long-distance car race in the Baltics is exactly three months away. This year will be the 25th anniversary of the event.

The lineup is becoming clearer, preparations for this year's Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook are getting more intense, and the strategy is being refined.

Last year's race was very tough and changeable, with the Stateta BRO by HMobile team finishing first.

The winning Mercedes-Benz AMG GT3 EVO was driven by Anders Fjordbach from Denmark, former Formula 1 driver Jan Magnusen and two Lithuanian drivers Eimantas Navikauskas and Edvinas Žadeikis.

One of last year's winners, E. Navikauskas, will drive an Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II this year with the Juta Racing team. This will be his fifth race in Palanga and he has finished on the podium in all four races he has competed in.
