Track records keep being broken again and again

As the first practice session of the “Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook” race, the largest in the Baltic States, kicked off today in Palanga, you could clearly see that Saturday's race would be crazier than ever before.

The best proof of this is the fact that two track records were set in less than an hour.

The first was by Julius Adomavičius of “Circle K - Lesta Racing Team”, who completed one lap of the 2,682-metre track in his “Audi R8 LMS” in 1 minute. 08.039 sec.

Soon after, Ralf Aron, driving the same “Audi”, took back the new record he had just made, raising the track speed bar to 1min. 07.492 sec.
