From Wednesday, 19 July, the “Aurum 1006 km” racing event in Palanga will officially begin and be available to watch online and on TV.
Tv3.lt will have a 3-hour broadcast starting at 14:00 on Wednesday, 19 July, showcasing the technical and administrative committees, team presentations, and all race participants with their goals.
On Thursday, 20 July, there will be another broadcast on tv3.lt at 11:00. It will feature a parade of race participants, a lively atmosphere on Vytautas Street, and later culminate with the “Dynamit Super Sprint” race.
During the afternoon, there also will be live coverage every few hours of the on-track practice sessions, the “Technitis Spectator Slalom,” the “Ultim8 drag” qualifying race, and other events.
On Friday, 21 July, the TV broadcast will start with the “108 km Women’s Challenge” at 10:35.
Later during the day, there will be live broadcasts of the “Aurum 1006 km” practice sessions every few hours, followed by interviews with the drivers.
At 12:10 on tv3.lt, viewers can watch the “1000 m Mechanics’ Running Competition”, where all teams send one mechanic each to prove their superiority over their competitors.
However, the main event on Friday is the “Aurum 1006 km” qualifying race for the TOP 10. It will be broadcasted on tv3.lt at 15:45.
Post race, the main award will be presented to the qualifying race winners. After the award, the press conference with the winners and runners-up will start.
You’ll also be able to see the final battles of the “Ultim8 drag” race and the finish of the “108 km Women’s Challenge”, which will end in the evening.
Finally, the main race will culminate on Saturday, 22 July. On that day, we will find out the new champions, whose team name will be engraved on the transition trophy. The live broadcast on TV6 starts at 11:00 and continues until the finish line around 21:00.
