The audience is racing too

Darius Jonušis, the main organiser of the race festival, is delighted that the spectator slalom race has become a tradition.

In recognition of the importance of the race, the well-known company "Technitis" has become a partner of the spectator slalom.

"Our company motto is professionals for professionals," says Ugnius Noreika, Sales and Marketing Director of Technitis. - We are delighted to be a part of the "Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook" race and hope that our contribution will be visible, as the categories of quality, speed and team spirit that surround the prestigious motorsport festival are well aligned with our company's values."

According to Andrėjus Savčenka, the organiser of the event and the head of the Vilnius City Sports Driving Centre, the spectator slalom is the first step to better car handling, even in critical situations.

This year's Spectator Slalom participants compete in three groups according to the type of drive: front-wheel drive (FWD), rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD).

Women race in a separate class.

The fastest drivers will take home sponsor gifts and will be honoured on the "Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook" Grand Stage on Saturday evening.
