108 KM WOMEN CHALLENGE 19 JULY 2024

This year is the 7th event.
Women's TV TV8 in 2024 on July 19 again invites You to the event dedicated only to women which will be held at the Aurum 1006 km race festival.
For the 6 year in a row, the 108 km women’s challenge held as a car entertainment-orienteering rally.
In the orienteering rally you have to show all your ingenuity using a map and a road book, find a lot of geographical, historical and other attractive objects, and everything is redeemed by the amazing views of the seaside passing through the car window.
Teams are waiting for a day full of adventure and fun. All-day adventures will finish in the "Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook" main stage.
NEW for 2024:
1. If you have participated in this event several times, we invite you to take this challenge again! New classification is for the teams whose at least one crew member participates in the event for more than the third time (fourth, fifth, etc.)
2. Are you representing the Company and have entry to the event with two or even more teams ? New classification for the teams in "Company team standings" will be determined by the points collected by the all teams of that company.

Place: Palanga, Dariaus and Girėno str. (stadium). And further according to the road book ...
Preliminary Finish time: 18:00 (preliminary finish time of the first car)
What will we do? We will have fun all day together - the women's teams will cover the 108 km orienteering rally and perform additional tasks. We will compete for the "108 km women's challenge" winner's cup and many other prizes. IMPORTANT: you will spend the day unrealistically, surrounded by the finest women with a seaside breeze!
How to prepare? First of all, think of the team. It has to contain at least two women. Then think of the name for your team. Be creative not only with your team’s name but decorate your car as well. Be visible from afar!
Dress up according to the weather conditions (it is expected that it will be a hot summer ...) and in a way that is convenient for you to spend your free time and drive. Fill up your car with fuel. we recommend arriving with a full tank, as we do not guarantee that we will be able to park at the gas station where you run out of fuel.
How does it happen? Throughout the whole event, the whole team will have to not only drive but do additional tasks as well. Read the map, task book and many more. You will have to find many historical and geographical objects. We will start from the "Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook" race track. The finish will take place on the main stage of the "Aurum 1006 km powered by Hankook" race event. Only then we will find out – who will be the winners!
“108 km Women challenge” will win the fastest team who will show the best skills at doing tasks and not only driving.
