The "Aurum 1006 km" event offers spectators not only fierce battles but also heart-warming and fun attractions every day.

On Friday, Šarūnas Kezys, a massive fan of this two-wheeled vehicle, took his "Kawasaki ZX6R" motorcycle out on the "Aurum 1006 km" race track right after the qualifying race.

His goal is to complete one lap of the 2682-meter race track on the back wheel as quickly as possible. Šarūnas managed to do it in 3 min. 35.225 sec.

After the intense practice sessions on Friday morning, the qualifying race was the absolute highlight of the "Aurum 1006 km" event. The drivers competed for the Marius Skuodis Cup and the first starting position in Saturday's race.

21 teams started the qualifying race. The drivers were divided into two groups at the start of the qualifying session. The race commissioners split them up according to Friday's training session results.

The first awards were handed out to the “Ultim8Drag” participants on Friday afternoon, who competed in five different classes.

At 10:50 am, the main race track will be the "108 km Women's Challenge” rally starting point. The "Ultim&Drag" qualifying races will start at 11:00.
