The race of „1000km Pärnu powered by Hankook“ will take place on 21-23 of September in „auto24ring“ race track in Pärnu (Estonia).

As the date is approaching, the organizers still receive applications for those, who wish to participate in the race. The first of the foreigner teams was „Flash Racing Latvia“, a team of two brothers – Artūras and Vilnis Baltrakiai and Konstantinas Calko, who owns the speed record in Palanga.

One of the participants – Igorio lankai team from Lithuania. The season 2017 was very good for the team. They bought new Seat Leon TCR car and with it, they have won 6th place overall and 3rd place in A3000+ class in Palanga 1006 km race.

Less than a month is left till „1000 km Pärnu powered by Hankook“ race, which will take place in Pärnu city, „auto24ring“ race track on 21-24 September.

As the races in Riga has already finished the previous weekend, the marathon race in Estonia will end the season.

The first application from the foreigners came from Estonia – the team of „Gettone Group Lic.“, whereas there are also well known teams from Lithuania - „Artas Racing“, „Algirdai“, „Sparti reklama“, „Greičio broliai“, „Samsonas motors“, „AEGN engineering“ and others. So far there are 12 teams and no doubt there will be even more.

• The teams consisted of 137 drivers from 9 countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Great Britain, USA, Israel and the Philippines.
• First time in the race there was a driver from the Philippines.
• This year there were 4 teams from Belgium.
• 4 drivers from the Great Britain and Latvia, 3 from Russia, 2 from the Netherlands and Isreal, 1 from the USA and the Philippines.

Not even a week has passed since 18th “ENEOS 1006km race“ and the race is still attracting a lot of attention.

“No doubt that the winners and close seconds get more attention, however, small teams with lower budgets and less powerful cars deserve as much respect, “ says D. Jonušis, “Promo events“ director.

The organizer of the event Asta Jonušienė is happy to see that all of the preparation with make-up artists, designers and many more people gave only the best memories for all the girls and, of course, especially for the winner Justė.
